Keep an eye out! New web pages coming any day now!
THE DISTRICT OFFICE SUMMER HOURS ARE
MONDAY - THURSDAY 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Having trouble helping with math homework?
Some of the content and methods taught in fourth grade are difficult to work with at home because they are often presented differently than we (parents) are used to. Have faith. Even though things look different, the same ideas are still there. Still, a little support would be nice, right?
Check the Curriculum Links below and to the right for links to short instructional videos on each and every lesson from the GO Math! curriculum.
There is also a link to the thinkcentral website which is directly tied to GO Math! and contains extremely useful activities, examples, and videos.
Highland Elementary's perennially awesome Chess Club for Primary Students will begin soon! Meetings will be held after school on Wednesdays March 1st through April 26th. All students in First and Second grades are welcome to attend and it is never too late to join. Just print the Primary (grades 1-2) Club permission slip located in the Files link below. Then return it to Mr. Allsman with the $2.00 membership fee.
All parents with a desire to participate are welcome as well.
